Forward Together: Help from Friends and Family for Non-Clinical Needs

For some patients, cancer treatment comes with loss of income and financial hardship. The New York Proton Center has partnered with The WiTT Group Inc. to offer our patients an easy way to ask family and friends for help with non-clinical needs during proton therapy treatment.

Forward Together is a free online platform where NYPC patients can create a Support Registry to request assistance with a wide range of non-clinical expenses such as transportation, food, gas, housing, and co-pays. Patients can also request assistance with non-financial needs such as babysitting, dog walking, rides to treatment, and much more.

How to get started

Creating a Forward Together Support Registry is easy. Visit the Forward Together platform where you can:

    • Create an account
    • Build your registry
    • Invite family and friends to support you
    • Choose to make your registry public to receive donations outside of your care circles
