The New York Proton Center has partnered with FollowMyHealth® to offer a patient portal to help you access information related to your proton therapy treatment.
The easy, free and secure patient portal allows you to:
- View lab and imaging results
- Check appointment times
- Review information about your out-of-pocket financial responsibility
- Review treatment summaries and other documents related to your care at the New York Proton Center
- Complete required pre-appointment forms to prevent your needing to arrive onsite early
