Dr. Isabelle Choi Honored with National Clinical Achievement Award

Dr. Isabelle Choi, Radiation Oncologist at the New York Proton Center (NYPC) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, was awarded the prestigious “Accelerator Award for Clinical Achievement” at the National Association for Proton Therapy’s annual conference on April 28.

This national honor recognizes Dr. Choi’s leadership in advancing proton therapy through clinical research, innovation, and patient-centered care. As NYPC’s Director of Research, she has led numerous clinical trials and educational initiatives, helping shape the future of proton therapy and expand its role in cancer treatment.

Dr. Charles B. Simone, II, Chief Medical Officer of NYPC, had the privilege of presenting her with the award in recognition of her exceptional contributions to the field.
